Here is the video of the dissection, btw (Norwegian voice over). Should have included it in the post to begin with.

Here is a video (also Norwegian VO) of a lung lobectomy that I think show some of the problems of this solution. I did not manage to get a good view of the deeper structures, and there’s a lot of wound edges in the pictures.
