Thank you for reading my blog, Danny!

Sharing my experiences with others in the same field was one of the main reasons I started this blog. I'm very happy that you found some of my writings useful.

Good luck with your career!

Hello Mr. Horgmo,

Thank you so much for starting this blog. I am new to medical photography and desperately trying to find information. It is surprising that there are not many people that do this career in Toronto, Canada. Many other people are surprised at what I do.

This is a wonderful idea and I am grateful it is here. I will definitely be visiting this site often.

Thank you once again,
Danny.

Trauma: Yes, the node dissection is a good example of an operation were the camcorder lived up to the task.

Here is the video of the dissection, btw (Norwegian voice over). Should have included it in the post to begin with.

Here is a video (also Norwegian VO) of a lung lobectomy that I think show some of the problems of this solution. I did not manage to get a good view of the deeper structures, and there's a lot of wound edges in the pictures.
