Should have included it in the post to begin with. <a href="http://www.oncolex.no/video/?clipGrp=44&clipNum=0" rel="nofollow">Here</a> is a video (also Norwegian VO) of a lung lobectomy that I think show some of the problems of this solution. I did not manage to get a good view of the deeper structures, and there's a lot of wound edges in the pictures.
